1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.
• A valid government-issued ID and credit/debit card are required at the time of booking.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time:  2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan.
• Free cancellation is available for refundable bookings up to 7 days before check-in.
• Non-refundable bookings are charged the full amount and are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children under 16 years stay free when using existing beds.
• Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

5. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed; only small pets are allowed with an extra charge.

6. Smoking & Damage Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

7. Group Bookings & Special Requests

• Group bookings of more than 2 rooms may require a deposit and special conditions.
• Special requests (e.g., room preferences, late arrivals) are subject to availability.
